Effective 1 September 2026. This policy covers the ZHC marketing website only—not the ZHC hospital management software, whose data-handling terms are set out separately in each hospital's implementation agreement.

This website is operated by Zylen Solutions ("we", "us") to describe the ZHC hospital management product and to let visitors request a demo.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the name, hospital name, phone number, city, bed count and role you provide. We do not collect payment details, patient data, or any health information through this website.
3. How we use it
Your details are used only to prepare and respond to your demo request. Submitting the form drafts a WhatsApp message on your own device; nothing is sent to our servers until you choose to send that message yourself from your phone.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set cookies or run analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared with us. To do so, contact us using the details below.
7. Data retention
We keep demo-request details only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, unless you become a customer, in which case retention follows your implementation agreement.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date above will always reflect the latest version.
