Effective 1 September 2026. These terms cover use of this website only. Use of the ZHC hospital management software itself is governed by the implementation agreement signed with your hospital.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Purpose of this site
This website describes the ZHC product and lets visitors request a demo. Module descriptions, workflows and screens shown are illustrative of the product and may evolve as the product does.
3. Accuracy of information
We aim to keep this website accurate, but commercial terms, pricing and scope are only confirmed in writing after a workflow review, and take precedence over anything shown here.
4. Demo requests
Submitting the demo form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device for you to send. We are not responsible for delivery issues once that message leaves your device.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics and the ZHC name and logo belong to Zylen Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. No warranty
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
Zylen Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the website changes. The effective date above always reflects the latest version.
